Our Condo

We're sorry, but we allow absolutely no pets or smoking in our condo.

Our condo is completely remodeled with stunning colorful Mexican tile throughout and beautiful new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, table, re-upholstered chairs and couches. We boast all American appliances, new sinks, faucets and a completely stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials from blender to toaster oven to coffee grinder to juicer. We have a full size American oven with a broiler and we have a filtered icemaker in the freezer. We have a water cooler for hot and cold water that holds 5 gallon water bottles that can be purchased at the office for cheap. Our dining area has a full sized bar facing the ocean as well as a big table with six dining room chairs.

Our living room has 2 sofas that can be used as twin beds with a 13 inch TV with built in VCR. We also provide a new stereo that plays CD's, cassettes, and music. We also have an outside table with 6 chairs and a Weber grill for your convenience.

The property that these condos are located on consists of about 10 mult-unit buildings. There are condos ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms. They are each privately owned and maintained individually. It is an older, mature complex with established foliage, lush tropical vegetation, several large grassy areas and lots of palm trees. The beach out front is the most beautiful in all of San Carlos. One can spend hours of beachcombing and bird watching at the estuary are great pastimes. Almost daily, there are dolphins that swim and play right in front of Pilar
There is an unheated pool, tennis court, and a restaurant located right on the premises. The "downtown" section of San Carlos is a short 5 minute ride away.

Our two bedroom, two bath condo has an maximum occupancy of 6 (six) people, including children. This is enforced by the management. The master bedroom in our condo has a new king size bed and it's own bathroom; the second bedroom has a new double bed and a new twin bed with a bathroom that opens up from both the bedroom and the hallway. There are two couches in the living room that can function as twin beds, but one must bring their own bedding (sleeping bag or sheets) for those couches.

Check in time is normally at 2:00pm. However, if your unit was just vacated that morning, check in time could be as late as 4:00pm to allow for cleaning.

Check out time is at 12:00 noon, the morning of your departure. Please be aware that Pilar has a limited maid staff and many units to clean. A prompt check out is appreciated by everyone, and allows the unit to be prepared for the next guests.
